Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix shortening and eggs.
Add rest.
You can chill dough or roll in flour immediately to cook.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 or 11 minutes, until lightly browned around edges.
Cover with icing or roll in sugar and cinnamon before cooking.
