Orange Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters 99% real egg product
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
    In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat margarine, 3/4 cup sugar, orange peel and vanilla until creamy.
    Add egg product; beat for 1 minute.
    Gradually stir in flour.
    Mix until blended.
    Chill dough for 1 hour.
    Shape dough into 42 (3/4-inch) balls; roll in remaining sugar.
    Place 2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until light browned.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Wrap and store at room temperature for up to 4 days.
    Makes 42.
    Serving:
    1 cookie.
