Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. grated sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. broken nut meats
Preparation
    Separate eggs and beat whites; mix oil and egg yolks.
    Mix in other ingredients and fold in egg whites.
    Bake in layers for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cake is cooled, place filling between layers.
