Chicken And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) boxes long grain wild rice with seasonings
    1 c. diced green bell pepper
    1 c. diced onion (preferably Vidalia)
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3 lb. cooked boneless chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook rice without seasoning mix, according to package directions.
    Reserve seasoning mix for later.
    In large skillet, saute green pepper and onion in butter.
    Set aside.
