Banana Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. mashed bananas (2 large)
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. wheat germ or oat bran
    1/2 c. soft butter or oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Blend together dry ingredients. Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla for 1 1/2 minutes. Add bananas, sour cream, nuts and flour mixture and beat until well blended. Pour into greased pans; 3 small or one 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour, until tests done. Turn out of pan and cool on wire rack.
