Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) pimento
1 can fried onion rings
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 of cheese and onion rings. Place in casserole dish and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes with lid on.
Take off lid and sprinkle top with remaining cheese and can of fried onion rings.
Bake 5 more minutes.
