Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. whole milk, scalded
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat all together and add scalded milk.
    Pour into crust and bake 5 minutes at 475\u00b0, and then 20 or 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
