Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken (fryer)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick oleo
1 stack Townhouse or Ritz crackers
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed (black)
Preparation

Cook, skin, debone and chop chicken.
Place in casserole dish. Mix together soup and sour cream.
Pour over chicken.
Melt oleo and mix with crushed crackers and poppy seed.
Top casserole with crackers, oleo and poppy seed mixture.
Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crackers are toasted and casserole is hot and bubbly through and through.
