Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. b. vinegar
    3 cloves garlic, diced fine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/4 c. salt
    24 cut green peppers
    2 bottles pickling onions, drained
    2 cans pitted black olives, drained
    1 jar salad or Spanish olives, drained
    3 cans mushrooms, drained
    3 cans tuna (water-packed)
    1 head cauliflower
Preparation
    Cook first 6
    ingredients, stirring constantly to rapid boil. Add cut green peppers and cook 10 minutes. Next, add pickling onions (drained), pitted black olives (drained) and salad or Spanish olives. Last, add mushrooms, tuna and cauliflower, which was pre-cooked in salted water.
