West Virginia Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 pkg. Dream Whip
1 box graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each until thick and lemon color. Blend in drained pineapple.
Fold prepared Dream Whip mixture into creamed mixture.
Using 13 x 8 x 2-inch pan, make alternate layers of graham cracker crumbs and the Dream Whip mixture, starting with the crumbs.
Chill for 6 or more hours.
You may use Cool Whip to save time (large size).
