Seven Layer Dinner(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. uncooked hamburg
1/2 c. rice
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced onions
5 to 6 potatoes, sliced
1 qt. tomatoes
Preparation

Using 2 to 3-quart casserole, layer hamburg on bottom, then rice, celery, carrots, onions and potatoes.
Pour tomatoes on top. Salt and pepper every other layer.
Bake, covered, in slow oven at 275\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
