Easy Pina Colada Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury lemon cheesecake bar mix
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. coconut *
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Press crust mix into greased pan.
    Bake for 12 minutes.
