Pork Chop Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large pork chops
    3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 can Chinese vegetables
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. salt
    black pepper
    1/4 stick butter
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook pork chops in small amount of fat; do not brown.
    Cut cooked chops into small pieces.
    Add celery and onions and saute. Put in heavy pot and add the rest of ingredients.
    Bring to boil and add 3 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in 1 cup boiling water.
    Cook about 1/2 hour.
    Serve over rice and sprinkle with Chinese noodles.
