Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pan cornbread
1 large bell pepper
1 medium grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
8 slices bacon
3 boiled eggs
2 medium ripe tomatoes
Preparation

Bake cornbread and set aside to cool.
Then crumble coarsely. Cook bacon crisp and cool.
Finely chop bell pepper.
Chop eggs. Grate or finely chop onion.
Crumble cooked bacon; add this to cornbread with 1 cup mayonnaise.
Gently add finely chopped tomatoes.
Mix well and refrigerate a few hours before serving.
