1 Bowl - 1 Hour Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter or shortening
    2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    5 c. flour
    1/2 c. extra flour for kneading
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in fairly large bowl.
    Stir in flour. Let rise until doubled, then make into rolls using more flour and kneading with hands.
    Put into well-greased pan or pans and let rise until doubled.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
