Savory Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. summer squash
    1/3 c. saltines, crumbled
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. celery, finely diced
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash; drain and mash. Saute onion and celery in butter. Add all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
