Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 small jar pimentos
2 c. rice
grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

Brown sausage, onion and green pepper.
Drain off grease.
Mix the soups, pimentos and rice.
Add sausage mixture to soup mixture.
Mix well.
Top with cheese (optional).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
