Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sauerkraut, drained
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Place sauerkraut in colander; rinse with cold water.
    Drain well.
    Combine sauerkraut, onion, celery, green pepper and pimentos in a large bowl; mix well.
