Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat margarine, sugars, vanilla, peanut butter and egg in medium bowl.
Beat until creamy.
Mix in flour and oats.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
