Nongreasy Cracklin Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 (2 oz.) bag pork skins, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Add enough buttermilk to make a thin batter.
    Pour into a 9-inch greased iron skillet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
