Dessert Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix together.
Batter should be thin.
Use a small, nonstick frypan on medium heat.
Lightly butter.
Pour scant 1/4 cup of batter in center.
Rotate pan until it quits running.
Flip when dry on edges.
Repeat.
Use immediately or stack with pieces of wax paper between crepes.
(Can be frozen for later use.)
Fill.
