Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes or more (depending on serving size needed)
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
Preparation
    Pour flour, Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt into a large Ziploc freezer bag. Shake ingredients well. Cut potatoes into fourths or halves.
    Add potatoes to the Ziploc bag and shake mixture well.
    Place the potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt 1/2 cup margarine and pour over potatoes. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
