Food For Angels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs, beaten stiff (room temperature)
1 1/2 c. sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation

Beat eggs until stiff.
Add sugar to egg whites.
Fold in crackers, nuts and vanilla.
Spread in buttered 9 x 11-inch pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When cooled, spread 12 ounces Cool Whip on top.
Top with coconut.
Refrigerate.
