Blueberry-Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. fresh blueberries
    2 tsp. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream margarine; gradually add 1 cup sugar.
    Add eggs and blend well.
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
    Add lemon extract and mix well.
    Dredge blueberries in 2 teaspoons flour; fold into batter.
    Pour into 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes until done.
