Pot Roast In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef chuck pot roast (arm, blade, inside roll or shoulder clod)
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place 30 x 18-inch heavy-duty aluminum foil in baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Place meat on foil.
    Sprinkle soup mix over top of meat and spread with cream of mushroom soup.
    Fold foil over meat and seal securely.
    Cook in 300\u00b0 oven for 4 hours.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
