Bean Casserole With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 small carton sour cream
    2 pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
    1 tsp. salt (or less)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese (more if desired)
Preparation
    Simmer onion in melted butter.
    Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
    Add sour cream and heat thoroughly.
    Cook beans according to package directions and drain well.
    Mix with sour cream.
    Pour into shallow baking dish.
    Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
