Simple Soy Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soy beans
    2 qt. water
Preparation
    Soak
    overnight.
    Heat in same water and bring to boil. Lower heat.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour off foamy liquid and add cold water to stop cooking process.
    Whiz 3 cups at a time on liquefy.
    Add water
    until
    milk
    consistency. Strain through cheesecloth.
    If cooking,
    no
    need to strain.
    For milk, add honey, vanilla and pinch of salt to taste.
