Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 qt. milk
    8 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine rice and milk.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and cook over low heat until rice is tender.
    Add butter, sugar, vanilla, lemon rind, raisins and eggs.
    Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
