Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
8 to 10 oz. cool whip
8 whole graham crackers
1 container chocolate frosting
Preparation

Mix pudding according to directions on package,
less one cup milk.
Blend pudding mix with cool whip.
Layer crackers and pudding mixture.
You may not need all of the crackers, it's according to the container you use.
Finish with chocolate frosting.
Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
