Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. popped corn
1 c. peanuts (dry roasted)
1 c. oleo
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
Preparation

Put the popped corn and peanuts in a large roaster. Set aside. Mix the oleo, brown sugar and corn syrup on medium-high heat. Stir often. Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon soda and mix well. Pour over corn and nuts; mix well. Put in a 250\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Dump on wax paper.
When cool, break apart.
