Chile Salsa(Hot Tomato-Pepper Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. tomatoes
    1 lb. onions
    3 tsp. salt
    2 lb. chile peppers
    1 c. vinegar (5%)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Caution:
    Wear
    rubber gloves while handling chilies or wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before touching your face. Peel and prepare chile peppers as follows: Wash and dry chilies. Slit

    its side to allow steam to escape. Peel peppers using one of the following methods.
