No-Bake Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    1 medium-sized tomato
    1 small onion
    1 (1 oz.) piece Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    fresh basil for garnish
    8 lasagna noodles
    2 tsp. salad oil
    1/2 of (15 oz.) jar marinara sauce (about 3/4 c.)
    1 tsp. cracked pepper
Preparation
    About 30 minutes before serving, slice mushrooms, dice tomato and chop onion.
    With vegetable peeler, shave strips of Parmesan cheese for topping.
