Ingredients

8 oz. fettucini
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pepperoni slices, cut in half
Preparation

Cook fettucini; keep warm.
Melt butter in large pan.
Stir in half and half, nutmeg and pepper; cook and stir for 5 minutes, or until mixture thickens slightly.
Stir in cheese; cook over low heat until melted, stirring constantly.
Immediately stir in pepperoni and fettucini.
Toss to coat with sauce.
