Low Carb Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except for 1/4 cup of the spaghetti sauce.
    Place in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
    Spread remaining spaghetti sauce over top and let bake an additional 45 minutes.
    Makes four hearty servings (8.5 g. carbohydrates per serving).
