Zucchini Mexicalli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. shredded zucchini
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 medium-size jar salsa to suit taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, peppers and onions.
    When done, add zucchini, chili beans and tomatoes.
    Cook for 20 minutes, then add salsa and simmer for another 20 minutes.
