Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box mincemeat
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. mixed candied fruit
1 box dates
1 box raisins
2 small bottles cherries and juice
2 eggs, beaten
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Break mincemeat into small pan; add water.
Heat and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Cool.
Add nuts and all fruit, eggs, milk, flour and soda.
Stir until well mixed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Cool 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.
