Sour Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Whip together lightly, sour cream and egg.
    Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients; mix lightly.
    Turn out on floured board.
    Pat out 1/2-inch thick.
    Place on lightly buttered baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until lightly browned (about 15 minutes).
