Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crumb crust or baked pastry shell
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice from concentrate
few drops of yellow food coloring
whipped topping or whipped cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium bowl, beat egg yolks.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring.
Put into prepared crust.
Bake for 8 minutes; cool.
Chill thoroughly. Top with whipped topping and garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
