Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. margarine
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Cream shortening, margarine, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat eggs and add one at a time.
    Add flour and baking powder.
    Alternate with milk.
    Add pineapple.
    Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Place in cold oven and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool for 10 minutes in pan before removing.
