Cranberry Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-3 oz packages raspberry jell-o
    1 1/2 cups boiling water
    2 Tbsp grated orange rind
    chopped apple, celery and walnuts to equal 2 1/2 cups
    1- 1 lb can jellied cranberry sauce
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and orange rind. Chill until thickened. Fold in apples, celery and nuts. Pour into a 9 x 9 inch pan and chill until firm.
