Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 medium potatoes (unpeeled), cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring well. Dredge potatoes in flour mixture. Layer sliced potatoes in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
