Sweet-Sour Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. diced cooked turkey
    3/4 c. green pepper strips
    1/4 c. sliced onion
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, saving 1 cup juice.
    Combine juice, vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce and salt.
    Cook over low heat until thickened and clear stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; add turkey.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Place green peppers in enough boiling water to cover; let stand for 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Add green peppers, onion and pineapple to turkey mixture; heat through.
    Serve over rice.
