Mushroom A'La Lyonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2 Tbsp. grated onions
    2 lb. medium-sized mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Heat butter.
    When foam subsides, add onion and stir well. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cook until mushrooms are lightly browned on all sides.
    Remove and spoon into the center of the spinach ring.
    Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice and parsley.
    Pour butter in which mushrooms were cooked over the top.
