Icelandic Coconut And Raisin Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 oz. flour
    13 oz. sugar
    8 3/4 oz. coconut
    10 1/2 oz. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    5 1/4 oz. raisins
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar and coconut.
    Add margarine and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add cream of tartar and raisins.
    Mix well. Form into balls and roll in coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
    Makes 5 1/2 dozen.
