Creamy Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli, thawed and drained
2 c. coarsely chopped, cooked chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. each: sour cream and milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Spread rice in buttered, shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Arrange broccoli over rice.
Top with chicken.
Blend soup, sour cream, milk, lemon juice and half of cheese.
Add salt and pepper. Spread over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
