Easy Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs (3 yolks + 2 whole eggs; reserve 3 whites for frosting)
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 cups self-rising flour
    1 cup milk
    1 stick margarine, softened
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix with electric mixer.
    Pour into 2 or 3 prepared 9-inch pans.
    Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, or until brown.
    Cool thoroughly.
