Holiday Cherry Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. regular margarine, softened
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/3 c. (3 1/2 oz. can) flaked coconut
3/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, combine corn flake crumbs, butter and sugar.
Press down firmly with back of spoon.
Sprinkle marshmallows, coconut and cherries in layers evenly over crumbs. Pour milk evenly over top.
Sprinkle nuts evenly over all, pressing lightly into mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes or until lightly brown around edges.
Refrigerate before cutting into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch squares.
