Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine (2 cubes)
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Beat in oil and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Chill dough and drop by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet or roll into a ball the size of a walnut.
    Flatten with a small glass bottom dipped in granulated sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
