Reduced Calorie White Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, 3/4 cup sugar.
    Beat egg whites gradually adding 1/4 cup sugar until stiff peaks form.
    Combine oil, 1/2 cup milk and vanilla.
    Make a well in dry ingredients and add liquids.
    Beat 1 minute at medium speed; add remaining milk and beat another minute.
    Carefully fold egg whites into cake batter. Divide batter into 2 layer cake pans coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cake springs back.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
    Makes 24 servings; 113 calories per serving.
