Southern Cannon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage or 1/2 hot and 1/2 mild
    2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    2 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Roll into walnut size balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Drain on absorbent paper towel.
    Serve hot.
